A. OUTSIDE 5270 CUNNINGHAM LANE (open to all)

[She sifted through the rubble one more time, looking for the gun she had regained. No luck. Of course not. She sighed and glanced up.

Just in time to see a hatchet bury itself into a skull and a group descend on the person, hacking and mutilating the body. Her instinct to scream welled up and she slapped a hand over her mouth to stop herself. They'd hear her if she screamed, just run. Run. Just run.

And she did. All the way back into the remains of the house]

B BASEMENT OF 5270 CUNNINGHAM LANE (open to ANYONE in Ukraine's basement)

[She was curled up as small as she could in a corner of the basement, head on her knees, silently crying. First destruction, then--then that. She felt a sob well up and buried her face in her hands to cover the sound. She wanted to go home. She just wanted to go home.]

[Hajime hasn't strayed far from Ukraine in over a day now. He doesn't sound very confident as he approaches Koharu]

[Dolorosa was lurking behind some rubble, just a rock in hand for a weapon. She had forgotten that this body wasn't as strong as her troll body and wouldn't be enough to defend herself with. She'd gone through a few rocks but it was dangerous and required close quarters combat.]

[She watched the girl sift through what was left of, she was guessing, her house, and followed her gaze to see another attacked and devoured. The girl ran into the ruins and Dolorosa followed, figuring if the hoard found her that four hands had a better chance than two]

Do you require assistance? [she looks around, preparing for an attack. with her rock]

[Lithuania's been pacing about in fits of wound-tight energy, but he sits down next to Koharu now. There isn't a lot he can say to make this better, but maybe being nearby will help a little bit.]

[She started and looked over at the woman crouching. She fought down the urge to run and cautiously hid] U-Um...um I...[She shook her head slowly no, but she looked too nervous to be true]

[She bit her lip as he sat beside her, swallowing her sobs now that he was there beside her. No need to worry him needlessly. He had to be worried enough now] H-Hello Lithuania.

[she holds up her hands in a "I come in peace but I'm not going anywhere yet" gesture] Forgive me but I think I will stick with you for a bit longer, we both witnessed what these cannibals have done just moments ago. We could be next and believe in beneficial to fight in pairs rather than alone.

[There is a crack and Dolorosa whips her head to the direction the sounds came from] We may not have much time to prepare.

[She nodded slowly and ducked at the sound, trying to make herself a smaller target. It was probably useless really. They'd find her anyways right?]

I-I don't have any weapons...My rifle is gone. I can't find anything anywhere.

[Lithuania smiles, although it's thin.]

It's kind of scary, isn't it? We'll be okay, though.

...Do you think things will go back to normal? Things do sometimes...

[Dolorosa crouches as well]

It seems like anything that could be used as a weapon was obliterated. [She hands Koharu the rock] Use this if the need arises. [she looks thoughtful for a moment] Do you know how fast they are, do you think you could out run them if they attacked?

[She searches the ground for another rock, she finds a smaller, less substantial one. It'll do for now] I am Dolorosa, I'm sorry we had to meet under such circumstances.

It did after the robot. So I hope so... I really hope so.

I'm sort of scared it won't. That we'll be stuck here forever and the people won't leave....

[She shook her head wordlessly and stared at the rock. Was she supposed to kill them...Or even hurt them...She glanced in the direction of the people] I-It's alright. I'm Koharu...I don't think I could outrun them.

[She smiles back automatically. It's a little scary how easily she smiles when she's sad]

It's scary. Will things go back to normal? Like they did after the robot...

[Lithuania nods.]

We're still in Mayfield. They're just doing something terrible again, that's all. They won't keep going indefinitely.

[She wiped her eyes and nodded, looking up at him uncertainly] You don't have to worry about me. I'm okay.

[Lithuania doesn't really believe Koharu's entirely okay, but if that helps her get through this, she can say it all she likes. He pats her on the head.]

[She smiles and nods, looking back at her hands]

Are you okay?

[vytis]

I'm fine.

[Incredibly worried, of course, about a vast number of things. But it could always be worse.]

We have enough to survive down here for now, that's enough.

Maybe things will work out then. [She twists her hair around her finger] ...You're no more fine than I am, are you?

[Lithuania laughs, though it's more just a quick exhalation of air.]
