2 // Action

[She's never gotten a regain before, having just lived here for a few days, but the package sits on the counter until she's done with breakfast and making her lunch. And it still waits there, as she puts the dishes away and gets ready for school.

But when she finally opens, she almost drops it. Why didn't he look familiar, her shy sweet knight who helped her in the road. Why hadn't she remembered meeting him in secret, he'd insisted secret because he shouldn't be there with her. But he still had been, holding her hand, kissing her softly. So sweet and kind, a man she finally trusted...How had she forgotten?]

[She grabbed her bento, thankful that habit had made her make too much for just one, and walked out the door in search of him]

L-Lithuania? [Of course she didn't know where to even start]

[He'd been a bit surprised when he found a package addressed to him, having heard of the regain process but unable to think of a reason he'd have received one yet. But it was curiosity and being unfamiliar with how the town went about things that led him to open it, and there was only a moment of confusion at the empty box before the memories hit him. That he could forget something like this, his sweet, shy princess he'd met at home, that he could meet her here and not recognize her, that the town could pull that from him, sent him reeling. He would have to find her, but he couldn't go empty handed, and it was still early.

While he cooked he tried to collect his thoughts. The girl--still a high schooler, even if she was sixteen--he'd met while in Japan, a princess who needed rescuing, even if she still wanted to remain and help the others, in spite of his urge to sweep her away beyond any reach of some corporation (and though it would be stretching the limits of his influence he was sure he could manage it). The meetings whenever he had time, forcing that time into existence... She was human, and she was sixteen, and although he may have looked nineteen he knew he wasn't, and that he didn't get in these sorts of relationships with humans. But he'd made an exception for her, and then he'd forgotten when he'd been brought here. Did she remember? He was terrified of either situation, her knowing or not knowing when he found her.

But he left anyway, going in the general direction he'd seen her when he found her in Mayfield, a package of intricately decorated chocolates with him, hoping she'd be somewhere nearby.]
